Women's Walking Network: Ouse Valley Park

Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve

Thursday 07 July

Come and join our walking group for women this month as we discover the Floodplain Forest and Ouse Valley Park. This 4-mile walk follows a loop of the Grand Union Canal and River Ouse, offering sights such as the Iron Trunk Aqueduct and our amazing Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve, home to a fantastic range of wildlife including Great White Egrets and our Konik Ponies.

The walk will set off at 10am following a briefing from our Volunteer Walk Leaders, so please arrive just before 10am. We walk at a fairly brisk pace so please ensure this is suitable for your needs and wear sturdy footwear. We will take short breaks at times for water so you may wish to bring some. Sorry dogs are not permitted (with the exception of service dogs) and this is an adult only activity.

A map of the route is available to download below. Booking required. Please meet at the Manor farm Court car park, old Wolverton Road. What3Words: ///handicaps.slap.duty
