These guided rides are family events and take part at a slow pace suitable for all ages. Each one will be approximately 5 to 6 miles and will take over an hour. The rides are on a mixture of leisure routes and the redways, with no road riding, and no substantial hills or trail sections.

You should arrive ready to go, wearing suitable attire and with bikes that are safe and ready to ride. Our experienced staff and volunteers will be on hand to help with any last-minute questions or issues.

There is no public toilet at this location, and no refreshments. Participants are advised to bring their own drinks.

All participants should wear clothing and footwear suitable for the exercise and weather conditions, and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend that all participants should wear a properly sized and fitted helmet for their own safety.

Please get in touch on events@theparkstrust.com if you require any accessibility support. The rides will normally be suitable for adapted bikes and handcycles but please check.
