What is plogging you ask? It's a combination of litter picking and jogging, and comes from the Swedish verbs plocka upp (pick up) and jogga (jog) gives the new Swedish verb plogga, from which the word plogging derives.

This event is open to any adult who wants to attend and no booking is required. All equipment will be provided - but feel free to bring your own if you have some.

Meeting at MK Rose, Campbell Park at 6:15 for a 6:30 start.

Parking at CMK is free after 6pm, although the club encourage people to arrive by public transport or cycle, and then it's a short walk over to Campbell Park to the meeting point.

The route will involve Campbell Park, using leisure routes and Redways, and will be at a gentle pace. Participants should ensure that they're dressed for the conditions and some gentle jogging!

Any questions about this event should be addressed to the MKLR team - contactable via their website.
