On each Parks and Run event there are always short, medium and long-distance routes to choose from and our volunteer event leaders will brief you before you set off and check you in when you finish.

There is no public toilet at this location, and no refreshments. Runners are advised to bring their own drink.

Parks and Run is a self-guided monthly running event that offers 3 different routes to suit all ages and abilities. Routes are fully marked and you will be taking part alongside fellow runners. The distance options are usually 2-3 km, 5km, and 10km – and use a variety of paths and surfaces.

All participants should wear clothing and footwear suitable for the exercise and weather conditions, and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

No booking required - we hope to see you there!

See below for the planned routes - although these might be subject to change. The volunteer team will advise if any changes have been made.
