Primary Schools
We offer schools a wide choice of activities to help students achieve a better understanding of the parks and the wildlife within them, and to broaden their educational experience.
Highlights
• All Key Stages and abilities catered for, and sessions are linked to the National Curriculum
• Sessions can take place in your local parks - most schools are within 20 minutes walking distance
• Experienced team with qualifications in education and natural sciences
Our primary school session charge is £45 for up to 15 students and £3.00 for every additional student. You can also book our Education Centres for £5 per pupil per session. Most sessions last 1 hour and 45 minutes. While we encourage people to explore their local parks, sessions can take place in most of the 50 parks in the Trust’s care, including ancient woodlands, SSSI sites, balancing lakes, linear river parks and nature reserves.
Please explore the sessions we offer below. If you have any questions please get in touch with us on outdoorlearning@theparkstrust.com or phone us on 01908 266300. For booking enquiries, please complete and submit the form here. Booking conditions can be found here.
We also offer free assemblies, a free nature club for KS2 students, and resources for schools. To keep up to date with our new resources, competitions and planting opportunities, register for your newsletter here.
