Balancing Lakes
Help students learn about the positive role that Balancing Lakes play in reducing residential flooding in Milton Keynes. In this activity, students will learn about the history of flooding in the local area and how the implementation of balancing lakes across the parks has helped tackle this issue.
After, students will be able to test their newfound knowledge with questions to revise the role of balancing lakes and how they reduce residential flooding.
