Timelines for delivery will be communicated where possible but are not guaranteed. We do not offer the option to collect our Seasoned Bulk Bags or Unseasoned 5 Tonne Loads.

I want to order some firewood for delivery – how can I do this?

Due to the increasingly high demand for our firewood products, we have moved away from our previous ‘waiting list’ system and now release limited stock throughout the year that is available to order on a first-come, first-served basis.

Typically, our firewood bulk bags are available to order throughout the Autumn and Winter months, and our 5-tonne loads are available all year round, with most of the stock coming from our tree thinning works during the Winter months.

All releases will be communicated via social media, our website and emailed directly to those who have registered for updates.

I’ve ordered some firewood, when will you deliver?

As we are not a firewood merchant, availability to deliver can vary subject to operational priorities and stock levels.

We will contact you as soon as a delivery slot is available.
What type of wood and size are the logs in the 0.91m3 bags?

All logs will be hardwood, mostly Ash and Maple, and they are roughly 10” but can vary.
What size are the logs in the 5 tonne loads?

The logs are cut into 2.2-metre lengths and generally have a diameter of 100mm up to 400mm. The full stack is comparable to a large estate car.
Can I request a specific size of firewood logs in my order?

For operational reasons, requests for specific sizes cannot be met. The general size of our firewood products is provided on our website.
I have an MK postcode, can you deliver to my address?

Please refer to the ‘Wood Delivery Boundary’ document on our website.
My address sits outside the delivery boundary – can I collect?

For operational reasons, we are unable to deliver outside of the allocated delivery boundary.
You’re sold out – when will you have more in stock and how can I find out?

I’m interested in the Seasoned Netted Bags - where can I purchase these from?

Bags are available to purchase from our Head Office in Campbell Park, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Card payments only – excluding American Express.

In the Winter months, we suggest you call ahead to ensure enough bags are available. You can contact Reception for this information on 01908 233 600.
