Free Assembly Video: Litter and looking after the environment
Litter is one of the worst things we can leave behind when we are out in the parks of Milton Keynes. In addition to harming wildlife and our environment, it costs our charity around £350,000 each year to deal with the litter dropped by park users. Find out more about how The Parks Trust manages this problem in the parks, and how you can help us to prevent litter becoming more of a problem.
Our Outdoor Learning team have created the video above which you can use as a virtual assembly to show in your school. There's also a downloadable activity sheet available to check your pupils' understanding. Â
