Shenley Striders
The Shenley Striders are a small social running club for all abilities based in west MK.
They cater for many levels, but all attendees must be able to run 5k in less than 30 minutes and be able to run for one hour.
Membership is £15 per year and the first two sessions are free.
They meet at Shenley Church End leisure centre on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
Monday nights are interval sessions and Wednesday nights are steady runs.
As well as normal sessions the Shenley Striders also have an annual bike ride, sports day, Halloween, Christmas lights run and hold several social events throughout the year.
