Photography & Video Consent Form
The Parks Trust produces a wide range of materials to advertise events that it runs and for publicity purposes such as the announcement of competition winners. We would be grateful if you could complete and return this form to the photographer. By doing so, you give us full permission to use the images taken by the photographer and any personal information supplied to us for up to 5 years:
Images and videos will be used for general marketing purposes including:
- On our website;
- In Adverts;
- On all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube;
- On printed publications such as the Parks Trust Events Guide, the Parks Trust Calendar, leaflets, posters, newsletters and other display materials; and
- By providing them to the news media.
These images will not be used for any other purpose and will only be retained and used for a maximum of five years.
The information provided below will be securely held by The Parks Trust and will be used for the purpose specified only. Details will not be sold or given to any third party. Use of all personal data collected by us is governed by our privacy policy.
