Welcome in the summer season with this rejuvenating wellbeing walk at Shenley Wood in Milton Keynes on Tuesday 19th July. This relaxing walk offers an opportunity to slow down from our busy lives and reconnect with the natural world that surrounds us.

This adults only session will feature forest bathing - or Shinrin-yoku - a form of meditation in nature. This techique was developed in Japan in 1980’s and has been found to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve memory and concentration, and some findings even show it can help us stay healthy - nature is a powerful healer!

This event is hosted by our Outdoor Learning Team who run sessions across Milton Keynes' to help people explore and appreciate their local parks and the natural environment. Take the time to come along and experience this immersive afternoon for yourself.
